As you all know our retreat was scheduled for March of this year. It was meant to be a celebration of five years in business, a chance to gather as a team to give and receive feedback, and an opportunity to plan for the future. That did not happen. Since March we have collectively been through a lot and since reopening in June we have been learning to navigate the new normal. Now that the year is winding down and 2021 is on the horizon, we feel like it is critical to check-in, evaluate where we are succeeding and where we need to improve, and proactively plan.
We hope each of you will take the time to fill out this survey honestly and thoroughly. All responses will be anonymous. We have divided this survey into key parts: Coronavirus Response, Management, Front Desk, Apprentices, Salon Space/Environment and Personal and Business Growth. There will also be an opportunity for you to add anything else you would like to address. We want to hear your constructive criticism to help us grow, but we also need your help with ideas and solutions as well.
