Growing up in Texas, Ali found so much freedom in expressing herself through her hair and personal style. She loved experimenting on herself and eventually her friends and family. It wasn't until 2002, after years of pursuing an art education, that Ali finally followed her dream of living in NYC and becoming a hairdresser. 

The creativity of the craft is what initially drew Ali to this industry but it is the relationships with her clients and colleagues that gets her excited to go work every day. 

Helping her clients find the perfect cut and color for their personality and lifestyle is what she finds most gratifying. Ali loves creating soft, pretty hair as much as trendy, edgy hair because both are a statement for the person wearing it.

Ali has honed her skills under L'Oreal, Redken, Aveda, and Toni & Guy Education and is always looking for ways to elevate her craft. She has found a true passion in giving back and educating others, as well. She has spent years creating curriculum for young stylists and managing their growth as well as team building.
